Our ethical guidelines describe the organization’s requirements and guidelines relating to important integrity topics. The management of the organization is responsible for communicating the ethical guidelines to all employees and making the requirements in the personnel manual known to all employees who may be exposed to risk.
We at Tronrud Engineering demand that our suppliers also have zero tolerance for corruption, based on our ethical supplier requirements (see Tronrud Engineering's Supplier Code of Conduct here (PDF)). The suppliers are followed up based on a risk assessment, and it is a long-term goal that all TE's suppliers must sign the organization’s ethical guidelines.
