Human Rights & Labour

In line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, our policies include a commitment to respect human rights and to use due diligence to identify and address human rights challenges. We aim to be a good workplace for our employees and strive to foster a culture of respect and inclusion by strengthening diversity and teamwork, as well as providing equal development opportunities for all individuals within our organization.

We will pay due attention to the rights and interests of employees, consumers, workers within our supply chain, local communities and other stakeholders affected by our business.

At Tronrud Engineering we work continuously to ensure this is integrated across the organization, and to support this process, we introduced a due diligence tool (Self-Assessment by Ignite) to measure how well our suppliers conform with the UN principles on a yearly basis.

Further information about how we work with Human rights and labor can be found in the yearly report of the due diligence assessment here (PDF?).
