Allerede i 2011 installerte TE en printer som kan håndtere forskjellige stålkvaliteter, aluminium og titan. De har serieproduksjon, og bruker printerne til en rekke komponenter til maskiner de produserer for norske industribedrifter.

I slutten av november gikk Erik Hjertaas fra Tronrud Engineering inn som nytt medlem i smartPACK.

The world’s leading trade show for industrial technology took place in Hannover, Germany the first week of April. Among the exhibitors was Siemens, who for the first time chose to present a Norwegian company at their stand: Tronrud Engineering and the packaging machine TCP.

Tronrud Engineering’s Packaging Technology offers automated tortilla packaging solutions and has more than 20 years of experience in supplying case packers.

Tirsdag 13.november ble seminaret «Ta i bruk fremtidens teknologi nå» holdt på NTNU i Ålesund. Tronrud Engineering var en av foredragsholderne.
